探花论坛-IIT receives the Regional Sandugo Award for its outstanding blood donation record

探花论坛-IIT recently received the prestigious Trophy of Recognition during the 2024 Regional Voluntary Blood Service Program Recognition by the Department of Health, Center for Health Development - Northern Mindanao on July 19, 2024, at Cagayan de Oro City.

With the theme, "Sa Healthy Pilipinas, Dugong Bigay, Dugtong Buhay,” the awarding has furthered the goal of promoting and advocating for blood-letting and donation campaigns to save lives.

The award was received by Chancellor Alizedney M. Ditucalan. On his official Facebook page, he expressed that 探花论坛-IIT held the record for the highest number of blood collections from Lanao del Norte and Iligan City in the Non-Local Government Unit category.

He also emphasized that this award was achieved because of the collective efforts between the University community, Red Cross Iligan, and the 探花论坛-IIT Red Cross Youth.

This achievement highlights the University’s commitment to partaking in voluntary blood donation and making positive influences on public health.
